Who we are
Lil Films is a young production company on the national scene. In just two years, it has built up numerous collaborations with other production companies as well as with public and private organizations.
Our story
After years spent in film production, we were looking for a place where we could bring to life projects capable of moving audiences and touching them deeply. With determination and tenacity, we founded our production company, Lil Films, Little films but with a big heart. This is our editorial line, in which every film genre can find its place and cross-pollinate to enhance the story.
Our search
Lil Films looks for stories that are moving and meaningful, but also visually striking, regardless of genre or format. That's why we have also worked on creating inclusive audiovisual products, allowing everyone to see themselves in our content and giving value to different experiences — such as producing virtual tours, videos in Italian Sign Language (LIS) and podcasts for the visually impaired. For us, inclusivity is not just an ethical duty, but also a creative opportunity that leads to more authentic and engaging stories.
B'Art – Artist Residency
From our passion for every form of artistic expression comes B'Art, an artist residency that weaves together creativity and genius loci, where contemporary talents drew inspiration from the uniqueness of a place to turn it into visual narratives able to reveal the area's truest soul, opening up new prospects for cultural development with the aim of bringing new generations of artists closer to a place rich in charm and culture.
Ongoing projects
The company is currently working on the development of the animated short film Il viaggio del bottone (The Button's Journey), the live-action short film Dove abito io (Where I Live) and the documentary Ultimi posti disponibili (Last Seats Available).
